The Electrical Engineer works as part of an interdisciplinary team and under the supervision of a Senior Electrical Engineer on a wide variety of design, simulation, fabrication, and prototyping, as well as testing and data analysis tasks.
The Electrical Engineer supports the team in the development, validation, and troubleshooting of leading-edge devices used in modern wireless communications and sensing systems.
A successful applicant will demonstrate strong interest in research and development, excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, good oral and written communication skills, and an ability to work with their hands in the lab creating experimental setups and conducting measurements.

The Senior Electrical Engineer leads complex projects, assigns and supervises staff to ensure successful completion of all the tasks within the projects. A successful applicant innovates and extends existing methodologies beyond those widely known and practiced. Effective collaboration in a highly interdisciplinary team and representing the organization in communications with customers and at the professional forums of various levels are expected from the candidate. Experience with DoD funded research and development programs is a strong plus.

The Senior Materials Scientist/Engineer is expected to innovate and extend existing methodologies beyond those widely known and practiced. The successful candidate for this position should have experience with magnetic materials and understanding of their properties. Experience and knowledge in crystal growth technology is a strong plus. The Senior Materials Scientist/Engineer collaborates effectively in a highly interdisciplinary team and represents the organization in communications with customers and at conferences and other professional forums.
